Refund policy

1. Reporting Damaged Goods or Shipping Errors: If your package arrives with damaged goods or incorrect items, please inform us immediately through any of our channels (Instagram direct message  @luchyscloset, mailto:hello@luchyshub.com or via Whatsapp +234 906 401 5578) within 24 hours of delivery. We will make arrangements to collect the items at your earliest convenience, and any additional delivery expenses incurred will be covered by Luchyscloset.

2. Returns for Reasons Other than Damage or Error: Clients wishing to return an item for reasons other than receiving damaged goods or shipping errors will be responsible for the full cost of return shipping.

3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued in cases where the goods received are damaged or not delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Delays due to customs clearance or external factors beyond our control do not qualify for a refund, except in cases of extreme delay.

4. Store Credits: For all other return reasons, refunds will not be provided. Instead, the value of the returned products will be credited to your account as store credits, which can be used for future purchases at Luchyscloset.

5. Custom Orders and Specifications: Clients are advised to carefully review product descriptions and communicate specific preferences, such as size or design, at the time of order placement. For custom-made jewelry, accurate measurements are essential, as alterations or size adjustments after production will incur additional costs. Returns due to failure to adhere to these specifications may not be accepted.

6. Exchange Policy: We accept exchanges only for orders that were delivered incorrectly or damaged. Products received in good condition are not eligible for exchange.

7. Condition for Returns: Returned items must be in an untangled, unused state, and include all original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or defective upon return will not be accepted.

8. Policy Applicability: This policy applies to all clients of Luchyscloset. Ignorance of these terms does not exempt clients from compliance.
